1Agreement

By browsing acutealypse.com or placing an order, you are agreeing to these terms. Acutealypse is a small art shop run by Raven in Colorado. If you don’t agree with something here, please don’t use the shop.

2Who can order

There is no age requirement to buy a sticker. This is craft supplies and art, not anything restricted, and everyone is welcome.

Two practical notes. If you are under 13, please have a parent or guardian place the order, because I am not set up to collect personal information from children (see the Privacy Policy). And whoever places the order should have permission to use the payment method.

3About the products

Acutealypse sells two different kinds of things, and the difference genuinely matters:

• Artist-designed, professionally produced goods: die-cut stickers, bookmarks, art prints, keychains, and magnets. Every one features Raven’s original artwork, printed and cut by a production partner.
• Genuinely handmade goods: pet toys, pouches, hand-wrapped crystal jewelry, and hand-drawn bags. These are made by hand, one at a time, by Raven.

Because handmade pieces are made individually, small variations are normal and expected. That is rather the point of them. Screens also render color differently, so what arrives may not perfectly match what you saw.

4Prices & payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and don’t include tax or shipping unless stated. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices can change over time, but never after you have placed an order. If a price is listed in obvious error, I will contact you before charging anything.

5Orders & cancellations

Placing an order is an offer to buy, and my confirmation email accepts it. I may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item sells out or a listing was wrong, and if I do you get a full refund.

To cancel your own order, email me before it ships. Once a parcel has left, it becomes a question of returns rather than cancellation.

6Shipping

Shipping cost and delivery time depend on where the parcel is going and which service you choose at checkout. Rates are calculated at checkout before you pay, so nothing is a surprise.

Delivery estimates come from the carrier, not from me. Once a parcel is in their hands I can’t control its journey, though I will always help you chase it. If I ever can’t ship your order within 30 days of your payment, I will tell you and offer you the choice of waiting or receiving a full refund.

7Returns & refunds

Because most of what I sell is small, printed, and easily damaged once it leaves my hands, all sales are generally final. There are real exceptions, though, and they are spelled out on the Refunds & Returns page, which forms part of these terms. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, wrong, or never arrives at all, I will make it right.

8Raven’s artwork

Every character, drawing, and design on this site is Raven’s original work. Buying a sticker buys you a sticker. It does not transfer any rights to the art printed on it.

Please don’t reproduce, resell, trace, or commercially use the artwork without written permission. The Acutealypse name, wordmark, and characters belong to the shop. Ask me first and you may be pleasantly surprised. Take without asking and you won’t be.

9Using this site

Please don’t attempt to break, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site, and please don’t use it for anything unlawful. That is the whole rule.

10No guarantees

The site and its contents are provided as they are. I do my best to keep listings accurate and the shop running, but I can’t promise the site will always be available or entirely free of errors.

11Limits

To the fullest extent the law allows, Acutealypse is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Some states don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

One specific note, because it matters: handmade pet toys are toys, not chew-proof equipment. Please supervise your fuuriends while they play, and retire any toy that starts coming apart.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in a court located in Colorado.

13Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Whichever version is posted here when you order is the version that applies to your order.
